Work can often get annoying by rude customers, shitty co-workers or something else. This is where you can relieve some of that tension that builds up after a shit day, or in my case... a normal day.

 

I work in an office, answering phones and helping customers. I'm not always qualified to answer every single question someone might have, I am however qualified to know who could answer that question. Yet some geniuses here in the world either think I am psychic and instantly know what they need help about or that I can answer every question about pretty much anything! If I were a damn fucking lawyer I wouldn't sit here in this stinking office, so no, I AM NOT THE GUY YOU SPEAK WITH ABOUT A LAWSUIT, I only need to know its about a lawsuit and I can patch you over to our jurist.

Others get annoyed if I have to ask them to repeat the question because they yell so fucking loud it ruins my ears and my handsfree thingy.

And why on god's green earth is it my fault people something have meetings or take a day off? Its not my fault their damn child is sick! Or they wanted to take a vacation so stop yelling at me about it you prick!

And again, I'm not fucking psychic, so you have to tell me what you wanna ask questions about instead of thinking I instantly know what you need help with when you call me or come in the door.

Lasty, I am not the fucking phonebook, neither am I tech support you dumb little shit! Why don't you turn it on before trying to use the printer? Or perhaps, well, I don't know! SHOVE IT UP YOUR FUCKING ASS!

Just wondering what kind of industry you do customer service for?

 

I worked at Mcdonalds when I was 16 to save up money to build my own PC (A Pentium III 1ghz, yeah I know I'm old) in a crappy part of town and somehow cheap food really seems to scrape the bottom of the "dumbarse of society" barrel.

 

Later on I worked at a pizza store which seemed to have better customers overall.

Here in Norway its the The Goverment -> State -> County.

I work at the county and we take care of quite a bit. Like if people wanna build a house or a garage, they have to apply for it with us. If someone wanna serve alcohol or food at a restaurant they need to apply for it and take a few test to ensure they know what the hell they're doing. There also alot of politics invlolved. People complain about various things and often bringing lawyers in on it. Taxes... Just basically everything...

 

@AlwaysFSX Most people we have are fine. But there's always the 5% that for some reason doesn't seem to understand that things isn't as perfect as they think, hope or demand.
