CPU Fan making a dirty/motor noise?

So I load up CSGO and get on train, i started hearing this more than normally loud noise but its more dirty than airy, so its like a more loud and more dirty noise than the quiet airy noise i usually get with my tx3 cooler

sort of, its like a mix of rattle and vibration

Did you open up the cable and check if the fan hits the three wires when it spins? In my old P4 it happened once.

and its when my computer gets really loud only

If that's not it, maybe your heatsink is very dirty and has trouble dissipating the heat. Or it could be dying.

i only got it in january and cleaned it a few weeks ago

ill try a different csgo map, ive only done this one for the first time

It sounds like fan is faulty. You get it when fan needs to ramp up. So at slower speeds its fine. RMA just fan, if possible, or whole cooler.
