Will this i5 build work?

Tell me captain, will this build be a solid gaming pc to 4-5 years in the future.The Parts. Tell me what did I do wrong and try to fix it. 

DESKTOP PC :

  CPU :RYZEN 5 2600/ GPU :MSI Ventus OC GTX 1660 Ti/ RAM :Team Elite 2x8/ PSU :Corsair CX650M/ HDD :Toshiba 2TB/ SSD :Adata XPG M.2 SATA 265GB/ COOLER :Be Quite 2x140mm / MOBO :Asus TUF B450 Gaming

LAPTOP :

  CPU :i7-4710HQ/ GPU :GTX 860M/ RAM :8GB OEM/ HDD :1 TB 

PERIPHERALS :

  MOUSE :LOGITECH G502/ HEADSET :HyperX Cloud Alpha/ KEYBOARD :Logitech G Pro 

POSSIBLE PC BUILD :

Do you have the motherboard or CPU? if you do then keep the CPU and mobo and just change the PSU else tell us your budget :D

I'm assuming you're not buying the motherboard/CPU new? Otherwise it's not a good choice at all. Pretty damn outdated.

Yes In fact I do, I put it up in there just so you know. Whether or not this system will work

I already got the mobo and cpu, I'm maxed out if I had to buy another CPU and Mobo

Thanks Meerkat! Is it really okay? Like the mobo doesn't have conflict with the gtx 970?
