Do you think nVidia is going to put 1080/1070s in laptops?

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

We'll most definitely see them in laptops eventually based on the reduced power requirements alone. Then they'll also do the cut down "mobile" versions but if they can do a desktop 980 in one they can definitely throw a 1070 or 1080 in there.

I wouldn't expect this until the middle of next year. I WOULD expect to see a mobile flagship like a 1080M in laptops by Christmas though. That's not entirely out of the question. Personally, if Pascal is HALF as good as they claim, we'll see desktop 980-level performance with the 1070M without trying.
