So i read few sites and they claim that GTX1080 will beat Titian X wtf? and it will go around 600$ wtf? that is cheap... and it will beat Titian X?.. is that even possible? if it is why GPU would go for that cheap?

so nvidia said that it will have 8gb of gddr5x, retail for 599 us and has 2x the performance per watt.

Why exactly do you think Nvidia would release a GPU that wouldn't beat or at least perform the same as a previous generation card?

Easy answer, Nvidia is shitting itself because of what AMD is bringing. Not only did they drop their prices, they also rushed their release to hit the market first.

Well yeah, the process is 57.5% of the size. GPUs scale well as that's 42.5% more space for cores.

The 1080 is a smaller chip and is cheaper to produce than a Titan x.
