Hi people... can I recover deleted files from a micro SD card?

Try using Recuva, it's a free program and if it hasn't been written over you should get it back.

Put the MicroSD card in a MicroSD to SD adapter, insert it into the computer and run Recuva.

it kind of brought the file (video) but with windows media player it doesn't play and with ITunes player it shows a green screen while playing the video

did u copy or anything to em sd card matey. if u did u gone and lost half of that file. 

 

If not, try again and again and again, i still not, well try again with another software.

If you have the chance (and ability) to use Linux, try using testdisk. It's rather powerful.
