Bitlocker key and password lost

The thing is this, i had a very old drive that was almost dead and since at that time i didn't have money for a new hard disk, i locked this one and removed it from my pc so it would last long enough for me to copy the data at the right time.I found some things on how to get this done without a key or password, but all i get from the command i write is this and i don't know what to do with those.I really need help, i have some things i really want on that drive.Thanks
