Hey everyone, so i'm looking to upgrade my system but i want to reuse parts i've already bought. a Lepah closed loop cpu cooler. I was wondering if i could just add a radiator and or another block to the system using the existing cpu block pump and radiator. I've never heard of it before, what are the pro's and cons.

best,

you could probably reuse the radiator, but the pump would never be powerful enough for a full loop. Not to mention the nonstandard fittings and high chance for leaks. tbh, you'll have a much better loop without reusing an AIO. If you still like the AIO route, check out the EK predator 240 and Swiftech H230, both of which are expandable AIOS with standard fittings and powerful pumps.

Would require some mad modding and would probably have to add another pump if you add any more radiators

Welcome to the Forums!

If it's a closed unit it's not exactly made to be opened, the main issue I see is a mixed metal loop as it has an aluminum rad.
