steambox in two days?

well its common news now about steam OS, but i predict that the whole steambox will be announced next.

the first reveal was the OS itself, but the next release is only shown as the [  O]. the sybol for the OS was O, so i believe that the two brackets symbolize the system that valve will show us running their new operating system. as for the third announcement im not so sure... maybe the option two have two OS' installed on you're system and an option to switch between Steam OS and another. 

 

i sure Gabe has something epic for us all...

Gabe said Valve will create their own hardware. But they also want other hardware vendors to do the same and market them as gaming PCs for the living room.

wait, hold on there. you made 3 main points about gaben, and you also posted 1 picture. 3x1=3, 3 is the number of half life one contents valve put out, which was followed by half ife two, episode one and two, if we add all the words in your original post hey make 48. 48 divided by 3 =16. the number of letters in "Gabe Newell" = 10.      16-10 = 6.      6 divided 2 = 3

I hope it will be SteamOS exclusive if it ever comes out... this is the only way to rescue console peasants. Everybody heard about Half Life series by now... it's a legend. Announce it as Linux/SteamOS/PC exclusive and the gaming PC sales will raise.

NO! it would be bad if it was a steam os exclusive! steam os is valves console os.   gaming on steamOS will not be PC gaming, it will be console gaming

NO! it would be bad if it was a steam os exclusive! steam os is valves console os.   gaming on steamOS will not be PC gaming, it will be console gaming

 

If it's on LINUX i said. SteamOS is a linux distro from what I can see right now. That means if the game uses OpenGL they can hardly do anything about protecting the game from being played on other Linux distributions... or even Windows of course.

I'm pretty sure that since the first countdown they released the software, I bet that the second with be the hardware and then the third will be the SteamBox with the SteamOS and the hardware they will announce on Wednesday.

Not sure about Xbox, but what does it have to do with half life 3 if it ever comes out? Those are not regular x86 systems anyway so what's the point?

I believe xbone is modified windows 8, and ps4 is some form of Free BSD if I'm correct.

both PS3 and XBOX 360 operating systems are heavily altered versions of linux. the ARE both built upon linux. look it up.  my original point is i believe hl3 should not be a SteamOS exclusive, it should be for everyone to enjoy
