I was uploading a video. I cancelled it. I want to keep uploading it. It is under the video administrator. How do I keep uploading it? Is it still uploading?

you cant, its cancelled

you need to start the upload again

if youre lucky youtube will detect that youre uploading the same thing as the previously cancelled upload and will skip ahead to where your stopped it
