Hello, I'll start out by summarizing my gpu fail, when looking for a cpu, i noticed that the Intel CPU i had came with integrated graphics or something like it witch mislead my young mind into not needing a graphics card. (Intel core i7-3770k cpu @ 3.50ghz) could've sworn it was quad-core but it doesn't say it anywhere in system basic info. okay so onto the main topic, do you know a good/compatible graphics card for a Z77 Extreme4 motherboard & a HAF 922 cooler master case. PS. i didn't know anything back then so i got a Corsair GS800 power supply, wasted a little less than $1k on a "gaming pc" that doesn't do its job well because of me ;-;

scold me if you feel the need to :(

Your i7 3770k has 4 cores. Maybe you disabled it in UEFI?

Whats your budget? All modern graphic cards are compatible with your setup. It might however, block your case if you don't check the dimentions of the card and your case and to see if it fits.

Whats your budget? Does your PSU come with PCI-E power connectors? (the 4 pin ones that you don't stick into your cpu power slot)

You do know you can overclock iGPU speeds to get a few more FPS. System memory speed affects the iGPU the most as its the ram that stores the data for the iGPU.

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

Unlocked Intel CPU's do not have integrated   graphics because they expect 99.9% of overclockers to use a graphics card.

Sorry was thinking of X series CPU. Too much time in the super enthusiast community.

mu budget is 80$- 150$max & i have no idea. I believe so, because it comes with a crazy amount of thick cables, its overwhelming.

(I also googled what UEFI meant but idk how to enable it if i did indeed disable my cores)

Try to save up for a better budget. If you get ~$100 more you can have a awesome gaming experience that will beat the shit out of the one you can get for $150.

But if you have to:

GTX 750ti

Or you can overclock your iGPU as I said earlier.

thank you, but can you give me the link for the one i need to save 100$ more, just so i can keep it safe haha. I'm also scared of overclocking because my case is fan powered & since I'm a nooby scrub i don't wanna ruin something.

any video you recommend to ease my tension over the topic with a fan powered case, i mean i get its cooler master but :$

Whoops. It was $50 more not accounting tax.

edit: it needs a PCI-E power cord.

What is your current CPU cooler? When I overclocked my i7 3770k's iGPU, temps only rose 2 degrese on a hyper 212x.

As long as your case intake and outtake is good enough currently, it shouldn't matter at all.

Try to go r9 390 or GTX 970

R9 390 > GTX 970.

It has more vram and cheaper.

And both are out of his budget.

I agree.  I tend to be neutral on the AMD vs NVIDIA cause  don't want to sound like a fanboy.

Yes both are out of his budget but he's wasting his money buying a 750 at this point.

I try to be neutral but I'm way more pro nvdia; my whole life was nvdia and intel and the only amd thing I ever had is my r9 380.
