Solved by paddy-stone,
Seems right to me, says that 1 SATA express port, not SATA port... the newer mobos have SATA ports and SATA express which has a lot more throughput, so probably has to share with the M.2 slot... the regular SATA ports will work fine, as will the M.2 port work at full capacity.
