well first of all if you cant get into the bios then you have a bigger problem

because you should still be able to get into bios whether you have a drive or not

do you get any error messages?

do you know how to get into bios?

Pressing f2 witch is what the mother board manufactur says to do

What happens when you turn the computer on and hit F2?  What exactly is happening after that?  You will more than likely need to clear your CMOS.  I suspect that your issue is not SSD related, but something completely different.

If you can't get into the BIOs then you might have a problem with your Motherboard not your SSD.

Try turning the power supply off, unplugging from the wall, plugging back into the wall, turning power supply back on, then turning on your computer. Sounds like a really simple and stupid troubleshooting thing but you know the most simple things will work sometimes.

If that doesn't work play the album Views by Drake to your PC and express your deepest feelings to it. Because bitches love Drake so why wouldn't computers?

Don't actually try this ^. I just wanted to make fun of everyone who loves that album right now.

Try other button to get into the BIOs like Delete or other F keys, if I'm not mistaken F12 will sometimes work. But generally Delete will also work.

Try clearing the CMOS or whatever it's called maybe it's just another simple issue like that.

If none of that works go down to the bare minimum you need plugged into your Mobo ex. one RAM stick, use iGPU, the SSD only, a keyboard and mouse, and that's all. Have nothing else plugged in but the basic items it requires to turn on.

Last but not least just calm down and relax. If nothing works you can take your drives to a PC repair shop or even Best Buy or Staples and have all the data recovered and possibly put on a flash drive so you can access them from another computer at school or something. You can also talk to the repair shop about what you might need to fix it.

I'd personally rather run my SSD over with my car then exercise the last option.  :D

That's why it's the last option. Hopefully it doesn't come down to that. I'd just wait until I could build a new PC to get the stuff I need. But since it has school stuff he might actually need it right this second.

Besides pretty sure his SSD would cringe and murder itself anyway if he actually does step 3 in my list and plays Drake for his computer. My PC actually blue screened as soon as I clicked on download for that album earlier today. I was like, damn, its a sign... I should not download this album I will just stream it and then act like I never heard it.
