Hello guys! i was just looking for some opinions on gaming laptops that i could get when i go to college. Originally, i was thinking about getting the Asus Rog G752, but figured it was way too big for me, and also i would like to be discrete and not go around campus with a i-play-video-games machine, with fancy lights and call of duty design. Also i would like a laptop not that thick, but also not slim enough, that makes wicked noise when gaming. Right now my candidate for college is the Gigabyte P34W V5, idk what you guys think so any input is greatly appreciated.

I hear this series of laptops thermal throttle bad. What's your budget?

well im currently selling my desktop for around 1300,1400$. So if it sells i can scoop in around 2000$ to spend.

so budget is around 2000$

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

My main Headphones and IEMs:  K612 pro, HD 25 and Ultimate Ears Reference Monitor, HD 580 with HD 600 grills

DAC and AMP: RME ADI 2 DAC

Speakers: Genelec 8040, System Audio SA205

Receiver: Denon AVR-1612

They have good specs for the price.

Abysmal in this situation means the P-series are SO hot that the metal chassis actually starts bowing

In case you were wondering, it is 25mm thick and 2.5kg in mass.
