ok thanks again for the help every one :)  so ill suggest nivida to anyone who wants to render as far as gaming go which is the best gpu from nvidia and amd in gamming for lowest price ? my friends asked me cause he as a budget of like to get gtx 560 as gpu are prices like hell in where i live

I'm going to assume that you won't always have that 1600x900 monitor, lets say it falls off your desk and gets shot with a shotgun. You could buy a 1920x1080 monitor and not have to worry about not being able to run your games as well with the 7870, if you had a less powerful GPU you would most likely have to trade fidelity for resolution if you wanted to play at your new display's native resolution.

My GTX 465 still maxes out games on 1440x900.

ur a lucky bastard :) but its still a nice card ! for the price i would have bought it if it was available ..

on an unrelated note sort of, wouldn't using a GT 520 for PhysX slow down a GTX 465?

I can see that, I threw a GT 610 in my rig for lulz. A friend of mine bought some crap prebuilt for $800 and it had that 610 in it, he had a driver issue and was convinced that the thing died so I helped him get an actual GPU and he let me keep the 610.

It does help me out in some games though, it takes some stress off the 465 so I can push the frames even higher.

when did u bought that card ? and for how much ? if it cost u 200 $ it would have cost me around 350 xD
