Extreme HSF, Corsair HX750 watt PSU, Kingston V300 120gb SSD, 1TB Hitachi HDD, CD/DVD Lightscribe burner lol, HP LA2206xc 1080p Screen, Logitech G15 keyboard, Razer Naga mouse, Xbox 360 Afterglow Controller and a old set of dell 5.1 surround sound speakers. It's a clean system with ok cable management. Everything is in great condition.

2nd hand i'd say everything should normally be 60% of the price you paid for it, what it is currently priced at or less. I never buy stuff second hand if it is under the 60% threshold.
