Fans will just recirculate the already warm air. You have two options:

1. get the heat out (e.g. open the window/door)

2. get cool air inside (aircon)

Option 1: Windows. Have at least two open so you actually create airflow, unless your single window is in a consistently windy spot.

 

Option 2: Air conditioning. Either window if its warm outside or a standing one if not. Uses electricity and might blow your fuse with all those electronics going. :)
