Cheapest 2nd PC for Stream Upload

Wanting to invest in streaming equipment and take some of the load off my main PC. From what I've learned, it'd be better to use a second PC with a capture card than do everything in one machine.

 

That being said, I don't have a ton of cash to throw at it, so I'm wondering what's the lowest price point I could go and still have a decent setup?

I'd really like to stick to $200ish as much as possible, even though I know that's probably not going to happen.

What your setup now ?

A) You could get a capture card now witch would take load off system any way.

B) if you have the cash build anther pc.

Even if you can get a PC together for $200 you have to ask yourself whether or not it will do a better job streaming your content than your current PC does. A capture card is probably the right way to go.
