Can you guys please help me pick a watercooling loop? I dont know much about watercooling parts (like which is better than witch.) I would like as much radiator space in the H440 as possible (except for the rear 120/140 fan. I don't need one there.) I plan to watercool my CPU and my GPU. I am also going to use soft tubing (with blue, wether that is blue tubing or blue dye in the water.) (I would also like black compression fittings)

Thanks

A good starting point is a kit like this from EKWB, you would just need to add in a block for your GPU and some extra fittings:

For the fluid they use a clear premix which you can dye or purchase premixed colored fluids like Mayhems Pastel.

If you don't need to, don't die your liquid, it will gunk up the system. Also, using deionised water will be much cleaner, cheaper and safer

The H440 does have a fair bit of room with the drive sleds removed, you best option may be to install it using that mounting bracket either to the bottom of the case in the HDD area or the front directly using the 120mm mounts on that adapter.

Dyes theses days and premixed colored fluids don't clog or cause issues readily like they used to. Overall though distilled water loops are easier to maintain in terms of long term use and low maintenance.

Ok. Where can I put a Hard Drive? Should I just find a way to mount it in the basement? (The Hard Drive)

I know, Just dyes are useless particles. get coloured tubing if you want coloured stuff

The basement isn't a bad place for the HDD as long as you can securely mount it, keep it hidden and out of the way.

The dyes are pigment based but there is a certain depth that it gives with the clear tubing and colored fluids especially ones like the Pastels.

Plus it May be easier to clean up when your fitting is loose and water sprays all over your motherboard. ( happened to me, but everything still works, Yay distilled water)
