using 91% isopropyl

Going to buy isopropyl since its easier and all those goodies, just wondering if 91% alchohol works just as fine as 99%, Thanks allot

Anything over 90% should be adequate, but 99% is just the safest.

91% has a 20% less chance of getting drunk compared to 99%, especially in LARGE amounts.
