Not really, morrowind, oblivion and skyrim

are different games to elder scrolls online

eso is a online mmo

i don't class it as apart of the series

also it not called tesVI 

which will be the one after skyrim

Not a successor but more of a prequel to all previous single player Elder Scrolls games as the events in it predate those set in the other games.
