I'm getting an HD 7770 at 30 USD. Should I buy this, is it a good deal. And would it run games at 720P, low settings and average around 40 to 50 fps on the recent games. Or should I buy another card. My current system consists of Phenom XII 560 Black Edition at 3.8 GHz. And I have two 4Gb memory sticks 1333MHz.

At 30USD, there is nothing better out there really.

If you take a look here: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/222806-what-rx-200-series-card-is-what-7000-series-card/

You will see that an HD7770 = R7 250X. That will give you a point of reference. Not the best GPu out there, but it can probably run games at 720p just fine.

Nvidia GT 720... if on low settings. I guess HD 7770 at 30 is good though but maybe will run a bit too hot but it sure will work yes.

GT 720 is a rebranded GT 620 and is FAR slower than a 7770 - talking several times slower. The 7770 is a 75W GPU so it literally CANNOT run hot.

A 7770 can easily run medium-high settings at 720p and get 40fps on most games
