I have a problem and i really cand figure out what is wrong with my pc.

I really need help, because i dont have any other option than asking for help now.

First, i have an i7 4790k, gtx 980ti, samsung 850 evo ssd + wd blue hdd but the whole pc is acting super bad when i want to do something. If i play, everything is good and works nice, but if i want to watch a video on youtube with any browser, it shutters like a bitch on 1440p and 4k. Not only this, but i have windows on ssd and when i downloaded something on HDD, my whole pc shutter and i couldnt even move the cursor right.

Is a brand new installed windows and when i did this, i also formated the whole hdd. This thing happened 1 month ago when i first formated my pc. I tried to let windows basic, with windows 10 automatic drivers, i tried to put my own drivers, same thing. What else can i try ? In task manager, when i write this message, i have 0% and 1% cpu usage and around 15% when i try to do something more heavy.

Any advice will be very apreciated. Thank you

Yes, that. Sorry :)

And is not an internet problem on youtube videos, since i have gigabit connection.

Can you run any disk speed benchmarks? You can use an easy and quick benchmark from Crystaldiskmark. And can you post your results afterwards? Thanks in advance!
