I have a 760 right now. I was waiting for the 1070 or 1080. Isn't the 3GB VRAM too small?

I have one hooked up to a 1440p moniotr, and unless you put the aa levels way past the point where you are getting acceptable fps, 3gb is fine.

If its less than the price of a 970/ 390, then go for it. I got mine when it was less than a 970 at a local e-tailer, and it holds up pretty good.

The 780ti performs about the same as my old 760 sli setup did, so you should be getting around double the fps you get in games right now.

And as the others have said, just make sure that the card is in good condition, and make the gou stress test it for a bit to make sure it wont go out on you the first time you boot up a game.
