Best 4k Tv which can be used as a monitor.

alabatusa

Have a Dell u3011 at the moment.

Would like to upgrade to a 4k monitor, but can't shell out for the 28-32" dell/asus 4k monitors.

Can anyone recommend which cheap 40ish" 4k tv is the best. Really confused with all the brands out their such as Seiki, Akai etc.

even a cheap 4k tv is going to be £400+ not to mention that the input lag on a tv is significatly higher due to things such as frame smoothing

I lurk a lot

Going 4k is going to cost a lot no matter the brand you go for. it's still relatively new technology and like anything new, you can't just get it cheap

Ebuyer do a cheap 4K TV, Don't think it would be good for gaming though.
