you dont refill AIO, you replace them

you can place the radiator on top of the pump, so all the bubbles will be trapped there

if you're already doing this then replace the AIO

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

I have an old h100i and I can hear bubbles in the system and I want to refill it and replace the water, make sure there isn't any gunk, etc. So I was wondering how I would go about doing that.

Just don't. No offense but if you had enough knowhow, the right tools and experience to make it happen, you wouldn't be asking how to do it. You can position the rad as the topmost part of the system to get the air to build up in there or you can try rotating the cooler again to the same end. If it doesn't work, just save your money and effort and replace the whole AIO.
