Yes they are one of the most trustworthy sites ,that is one of the reasons there so popular .

If you have any problems you can contact there costumer service they are pretty helpful

Where do u live? Amazon ships to allot of places check here for the information you need.

Amazon is also pretty safe to buy pc parts

You can order from the american site to ship to the EU and Vise Versa , I know this since i bought stuff from the uk site that wasn't on the american site

It depends on the item check the price on both sites and use a currency converter.

I'm in West Australia and been using  Amazon for years without issue, DHL usually routes through Singapore :P

You'll probably find that you need to restrict the seller (search filter) to Amazon.com as they seem to be the only consistent seller that will ship out of the US.
