Asus Silent Knight AL

Hello,
I have a hand on a cheap second hand Asus silent knight al, my question is is it worth taking it or spending like 15-20$ more and geting new one like cooler master 212?
Im gonna be overcloacking q9550 @ 3.8ghz at ambient temp of ~ 30C max.

in short, yes. a 212 is an amazing cooler for its price, and its price is quite cheap. I say go for it.
