Building a budget PC - NEED HELP

I am putting together a budget PC, and I already have 8GB DDR3 of Ram and 1 TB, I am thinking of adding to my build;

Processor - AMD Athlon X4 860K Black Edition

Mobo- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128763

Video Card- Evga GTX 950 2GB SC

Power Supply- Evga 500W

Would this in your opinion make a decent gaming PC for working within a budget?

I am hoping to go no more than $400.

As a reminder, I do have the 1TB and 8GB of RAM, and a Micro ATX tower

With this you should be able to play all games at low-high (dependent on game) settings 60 fps

So it's $400 minus the hard drive, DDR3 memory, and case?

If so here, 880K with a beastly FM2+ board, and a 4GB 380

just save up a bit more for the taxes/shipping

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?
