Hi,

I'm a PC gamer but I play most of my games with a 360 controller and I'm not really comfortable with Dual Shock controllers (you probably guessed it... The position of the joysticks is awful). I have a FIFA competition next week but it will be made with PS4's only so I need to find a way to get used to it. That said, I'm curious to know how this issue is usually handled in big events such as the FIFA World Cup. Can players somehow choose the controller they like better or do they have to be comfortable with both controllers?

Thanks

I don't think you can use anything other than a PS4 layout controller, if that's the console that they are going to use.

Personally though, I think Sony really got their minds right on making a controller that's comfortable for an adult with big hands to use. I do agree that the joystick position and the feel of the rubber grips feel (seriously, why in the hell would they make them convex?) But you can buy caps for them that will change them to a concave design, which is a must if you wanna use that thing and not be super uncomfortable. But I doubt you can use an Xbox controller with a PS, as the PS has the trackpad and I think that blue light on the back does something to communicate with the console, because why else would there be a giant blue rectangle on the back of the controller. But you could always scour through YouTube and figure something out.
