Cooling in the Silverstone SG13

So should I go with the Cooler Master Seidon 120 watercooler or the Silverstone argon SST-AR06?

 

I will be cooling a i5 4690k with a GTX 670.

Are those your only two options where you live? Says up to 61mm for CPU cooler on Silverstone's website.
