Hello I need some help. First sorry if posted in the wrong section.

So my problem is my computer has too many handles (picture attached) I have friend who had their computers on for 30 days with like 30k handles mine is 500k in 3 days I had over 1 million before, so how can I lower it because my computer becomes really slow and at some points not responsive and its getting really annoying 

Please help!!!

Motherboard: ASUS Prime Z490-P

GPU: PNY RTX 3090

PSU: 1000W

AIO: Corsair H150I

Fans: Corsair 12 LL 120mm

Storage: WD 1Tb HDD, WD 4TB HDD, WB Black M.2 500gb, Samsung 860Evo 250Gb

do a clean install

gets rid of 100% of crap

I would do that but I got too many files to backup, is there a way to find out whats eating everything up?
