A question about overclocking

Today I overclocked my 2500k to 4,5ghz.

For the past 2 hours I've been watching Twitch. With RealTemp, I noticed that my CPU runs at 4500mhz most of the time. Temperatures are around 50c, but it never goes above 75c in gaming.

Is this normal, or is Twitch CPU intensive?

Edit: I'm mostly asking in regards to the constant 4500mhz, not temperatures.

no thats quite normal. because you set a defined voltage that doesnt change. normally it lowers to decrease temps

Doesn't Turbo Mode do this trough? I have it enabled in the BIOS.

It's running constantly at 4500mhz, or I haven't seen it go below it. Might even just be me.

I manually changed the speed and voltage. Voltage right now is at 1.330v.
