Friend Needs a 400$ gaming PC

My friend is building a gaming PC from money he got betting on csgo. His budget is 400 bucks BUT he does not need a gpu, OS, or HDD. a friend is giving him a gtx 570. But he does need a monitor and a wifi card.

Athlon X2 for only 27.31$   Best part lists at different price points   Windows 1.01 running natively on an Eee PC

plz. You made everything waaaay lower quality just to get an i5. i think the i3 will be enough for him
