I don't want to spend a lot of money on a PC, and I was thinking about this one.
CPU: AMD FX-4300 4x3.8 Ghz OR AMD X4 860K
RAM: Crucial 1x8GB DDR3-1600, CL11
Mainboard: ASRock 960GM-VGS FX OR ASRock FM2A68M-DG3+
GPU: Gigabyte R7 360 OC, 2GB GDDR5 OR Zotac GTX 750ti 2GB GDDR5
PSU: Corsair VS450 ATX 2.31
I have a case and a HDD lying around.
So what do you think?

except the psu, everything seems fine

its not the best psu but i guess for a budget build, it'll do i guess

I'd get the R7 GPU and the X4 CPU.
Though I think you'd be able to get a 370 4gb in that price range.
