I read from some prior year release dates we should see some of the new GPU's around June.
But, I don't think any official dates or specs have been released yet. Only speculations.

Nvidia Pascal is getting announced at Computex ( 29may - 4 june ) GPU providers like Asus MSI Gigabyte etc should market their first versions in July. 
As for AMD they should be arriving a month late to the party. 

2) 
Pricing should be similar to current gen 

3) 
Performance gain is expected to be pretty impressive 40-50% increase
