Whats the best GPU under $250 to play AAA titles with playable framerates at 1080p?

You can get some nice 290's for that price. I had one and it almost maxed everything out.

if you want new 380x. But if you live in a place where prices are inflated then just a 380 would suffice. If you can get a 290 for 200 thats a good deal just avoid the stock cooler if at all possible.
