HI,

I'm using i5-4590 with Cooler Master Hyper T4 air cooler with fan speed is 600~1800 RPM.

Can I replace this fan with some more powerful, for example Noctua 3000 RWM?

do you like to have a jet engine?

TBH I don't think you get much better temps with some high rpm fans. But i guess you can replace them (as far as i can tell from pictures)

YOu'd be better of with a larger heatsink

yes you can, but you wont see much performance gain and it'll be loud if the fans were to spin at 3000rpm

max temp drop you'll see is about less than 5 celcius `-`

unless your previous fan is dying, though i wouldnt recommend getting a 3000rpm one even if so

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately
