You said earlier that the GPU might be the problem, do you have another GPU around, that you could use as a test, or possibly integrated graphics on your rig?

I'll be honest bro it sounds a lot like the power in your house could be at fault, whether it's the actual supply or just dodgy wiring.

 

If for example the voltage drops or spikes suddenly, the PSU's protective methods will kick in to protect components, which would likely manifest as a 'random reboot'. 

 

I'd recommend getting a UPS to power your PC safely.
