check if the RAM is properly on the motherboard.

I had this problem.
and it was the RAM that was misplaced.

thats not good. essentially try to troubleshoot by removing component after component and than try it again.

1.) Is anything overclocked?

2.) Do you ever get blue screens of death?

3.) How sure are you that your front-panel-IO headers are connected properly? (e.g. the cable for the reset button on your case)

4.) Check Windows Event Viewer to see if there's any errors logged there from when it restarts

Almost as cool as my temps

nothing is overclocked

not getting bsod's

all io is properly installed

will try to check event viewer if it decides not to crash

I would check to make sure all of the connections are secure, maybe check if there's overheating. it could be possible that a recently installed program could be causing this. Try to boot the computer from a different OS (via a bootable USB).

nothing is overheating i checked the bios and everyting is well below over heating. already check for connections, dont have another os or extra flash drive

It is the computer shutting down and turning back. its probably more of a hardware problem

If a computer does not shut down 'cleanly', e.g. when you yank the power cable out rather than shutting down, this Kernel-power 'event' will be logged the next time the computer boots.

Is your power cable tightly plugged in, not loose, and definitely working OK?

(Forums seemed to go down for me) I'd imagine that the error could be caused by either hardware or software, doing this can eliminate possibilities.
