get a gtx 960. they are 150 -200$ and wont do any bottle necking. the drivers are super easy and they card is good. i have one myself and run most games medium to high settings with 60+ fps

The 750 TI is popular in that range but an r7 370 may be to your liking

i recommend against AMD cards as they have higher cpu overhead, so it might cause problems with cpu intensive games as your cpu isnt that powerful

you might wanna get a different PSU, and SSD

 

the psu is decent, but not very suitable for gaming rigs like yours,

i recommend getting a seasonic or XFX PSU thats around 500W

 

for the SSD, it has issues

so i recommend getting other SSDs,

i recommend the samsung 850 Evo, though it might cost a lot, but its reliable

for cheaper options, try asking the others

for performance id agree with you but as far as drivers and stuff goes an inexperienced pc builder may have issues. also the psu isnt all that high of a wattage so the nvidia card will do better there as well. and im not biased. im upgrading from my 960 to an r9 390 soon.
