Is a CableMod Sleeved Cable Kit worth it? I was gonna buy one but the total price came out as $130 which is quite expensive for a cable kit.

What're your opinions? Is it worth it? Or not? Are there any cheaper alternatives?

True, but I'm too lazy to make one myself :P

cable mod is what you do when you are done upgrading

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

Depends where your getting them from and with what but just straight cable kits are usually going to be around $100USD but I would say worth the time and effort not to mention material and tool cost compared to doing it yourself. If you like the idea of custom sleeving and doing a lot of it however that can be a good option.

Would definitely recommend looking into sleeving your own cables; otherwise, you're gonna have to pay top dollar. It's really not that difficult to learn nor is it really that tedious.

sleeving yourself will be obviously cheaper if you do it more than once - as W-L mentioned it wont be much cheaper if you only do it once because of all the tools you need.

and your fingers will thank you if you don't do it yourself - trust me ;)
