plug into the back ports instead of front panel

So when I'm not playing anything or no sounds at all, I hear buzzing and screeches from what I suspect to be my 4440 or MS-7869.

Although the odd thing is when I move my mouse it gets a lot worse, recently I had to give  my DAC to my bigger brother so now I'm using onboard sound.

I've never dealt with this before so any help is greatly appreciated, if this helps at all my headphones (hyper-linked) are plugged into my front ports on my case

i5 4440

MS-7869 (pre-built motherboard if you couldn't tell :( )

HDDs don't matter do they?

RAM doesn't either right?

all of my school computers do this aswell, it makes video editing classes annoying.  It seems kinda hit or miss on if the onboard sound will get a ton of interference from the motherboard and other electrical components. One of my computers does this and so i started using the audio port on my speakers instead and that fixed it.
