BF3 Frames and Whatnot

Ok I have a 144hz monitor, 3770k @ 4.2 GHz done by OC genie on msi motherboard, GTX 780 ftw w/ acx 3gb , h100i, 8gb corsair vengeance. What frames would you expect me to get on BF3 on average on all low settings? people that have similar specs reply please and tell me what frames you get!

But seriously, even on high you could expect around 80-100FPS.

why on earth would you have such a high end pc and run on load? you can easily get like 100 fps on ultra. But why don't you just run bf3 and see?

I play on low to get the most frames and I have a 144hz monitor!!!!!!!!!!

Regardless...

 

Set MESH to High-Ultra

 

Its Draw Distance....meaning you can see enemies further away without the game fading them out on you...

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Even on high/ultra expect 90-120fps

cpu bound you arent going to get minimum 100 frames in 64 man without sandy or ivy bridge-e

 

Bingo!

At such low graphical settings, it's going to rely more on the CPU than the GPU.

That's why you see review sites do CPU benchmarks by running games on all low settings and at like 800x600 (or some other tiny @$$) resolution.
