Well you could get the build that herman mcpootis gave you and play on that, wont be very good even on the lows but a PC none the less. But if you have consoles and you enjoy playing games on them just do that and save up for better parts, because a PC on that budget wont last long at all and will hardly be enjoyable or make you feel like you're a part of a master race of any sort.
