man I have a friend at a computer shop and he said that the university in my city ordered 30 computers with quad titan X

yes its for rendering...... ha and yes they are fully custom watercooled because they wanted silence xD

My school has low tear optiplex computers. Except for the engineering classes, which have a higher tier version (equipped with stronger graphics for 3d modeling). Mine is still better. But they got it in bulk

sounds nothing like the computers at my university for general use. 

720p 21" panels and like 9 computers sharing a single xeon 5650 and 32gb of ram through virtual machines with pooled resourcing.

Almost all the old computers got replaced with these new ones just some teacher computers and of course the some what still crappy dell laptops.

lol. my school computers are ****bags from 2000 B.C. They used to have windows xp and now they have windows 10.

The have the core duo and 2 gigs of ram. the newer ones have i3, 4 gigs of ram and windows 8.
