100mbps when Ethernet but 40 when wireless?

Go to solution Solved by Iankiller99,

Well I found a reddit post that may help you, one person said that the tz series of routers are their budget models, and the advertised speeds are often higher than the actual speeds. Effectively your router most likely bottlenecking your speed. Also your router is pretty old, I could hardly find any hardware specifications. The manufacturer deleted the product pages so that didn't help. Either way i'm still an advocate of if you can connect via Ethernet than do.
