Best Win 10 boot drive cloning method?

Go to solution Solved by Hybrid Divide,

Nevermind!  I figured it out.  Got it working the way I want.

Enderman, thanks for your reply!

Hi.  I just got my new rig up and running.  My boot drive is a 512GB SSD, with a 3TB HDD for file storage.

I have a second SSD, a 256GB one, that I want to use to make a clone of my 512GB SSD, so I have a backup I can immediately plug in if something goes awry.  Now, I know that my backup SSD is smaller, but I'm still well within my 256GB limits on the bigger drive.  So that shouldn't be an issue.

Anyway, what would you guys suggest is the quickest, most pain-free way to clone my boot drive (along with its tiny recovery and EFI partitions) over to the smaller drive?

Thank you in advance!
