Please don't buy that.

Really? You must be a console fan boy. Everyone knows that, that GPU and a Pentium 4 is way overkill for Crysis 3 at 4k.

More like running 2 Oculus rifts at the same time while playing Cryisis 3 on two 4k 120hz monitors.... $11 goes very far these days in computing power.

thats no where near enough for 4k

you need an intel 4004 for 90k at 6 dimensional

No. The x1300 is ancient.

No it doesn't

The integrated Intel graphics inside your Mac mini is still much better than the Radeon X1300 graphics card.

Just to give you an idea, the Radeon X-series came out before ALL the Radeon HD generations.

That is a very looong time ago.

 

I don't believe the new Operating Systems (i.e. Windows 8.1 and 10) support such old, legacy hardware.

If you are just looking for some kind of display output, better look for a used HD 4000 series and above, or equivalent GeForce graphics card for $10~$30.
