There should be settings on the screen for changing the screen position. If it isn't that it's probably something to do with the resolution.

Looks like it's just not running at native resolution.

Go into your Windows Display Settings and change the resolution.

  1. Right click desktop -> Display Settings
  2. Click on Advanced Display Settings
  3. Pick the external monitor
  4. Choose the correct resolution

Here's a tip, use the Google Translate mobile app with that camera translation thing, should be useful when tinkering with the TV's OSD. Definitely the TV's settings you have to play with, had this issue with my living room's flatscreen before, fixed it by tinkering with the settings.
